- Minimum Weight Guarantee: The final total carat weight (CTW) of your completed piece will never fall below the minimum carat weight specified at the time of purchase.
- Natural Variance: Due to the bespoke nature of fine diamond setting, the final weight may occasionally be slightly higher than the stated minimum.

Monarch Diamond House provides complimentary round-trip insured shipping on all gemstone or diamond jewelry. Any exception to this will be clearly stated on the product page.
For jewelry that does not contain gemstones or diamonds, insured shipping costs to Monarch Diamond House will be the responsibility of the customer. Return insured shipping will be paid for by Monarch Diamond House.

For your security, shipments are insured for their full value during transit and require an adult signature of a person residing at the delivery address with state identification. Absolutely no rerouting is permitted. Please provide a delivery address where an adult with a state issued identification residing at the delivery address will be available to receive your package if you are not home.
Shipping and delivery time are additional to any stated creation timeline.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible purchases delivered within the United States may be returned for a refund or exchanged, subject to the conditions below. Items must be received by Monarch Diamond House within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.
- Individually priced pieces below $75,000 are eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Individually pieces at $75,000 or more are eligible for exchange only.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original saleable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase and all original packaging, original tags, and any accompanying grading reports or other documentation.
- Any return or exchange restrictions for limited-edition or collaboration pieces will be disclosed on the applicable product page before purchase.
Return Policy for Custom Order & Personalized Pieces
You will receive the applicable diamond specifications and estimated completion date together for your approval. Your approval formally authorizes our master bench to begin production, at which point the piece becomes dedicated & engineered from the ground up exclusively for you. The sale becomes final and is no longer eligible for modification, cancellation, exchange, credit or return.
Engraved, customized, or specially sourced pieces are not eligible for return, exchange or credit. These exclusions will be disclosed before purchase and confirmed in your final order details before you approve production.
"Specially sourced” means a diamond or gemstone obtained specifically to fulfill your individual request outside the options ordinarily offered for the design.
Refunds
Following receipt and inspection of an eligible return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary according to your payment provider.
Gift Returns
Eligible gifts may be exchanged or returned for non-refundable store credit. Our Diamond Concierge will be pleased to assist you in using your credit at monarchdiamondhouse.com.
Arranging a Return
