Returns and Exchanges: United States 

Eligible purchases delivered within the United States may be returned for a refund or exchanged, subject to the conditions below. Items must be received by Monarch Diamond House within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.

  • Individually priced pieces below $75,000 are eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Individually priced pieces at $75,000 or more are eligible for exchange only.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original saleable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase and all original packaging, original tags, and any accompanying grading reports or other documentation.
  • Any return or exchange restrictions for limited-edition or collaboration pieces will be disclosed on the applicable product page before purchase.

Return Policy for Custom Order & Personalized Pieces

You will receive the applicable diamond specifications and estimated completion date together for your approval. Your approval formally authorizes our master bench to begin production, at which point the piece becomes dedicated & engineered from the ground up exclusively for you. The sale becomes final and is no longer eligible for modification, cancellation, exchange, credit or return.

Engraved, customized, or specially sourced pieces are not eligible for return, exchange or credit. These exclusions will be disclosed before purchase and confirmed in your final order details before you approve production.

"Specially sourced” means a diamond or gemstone obtained specifically to fulfill your individual request outside the options ordinarily offered for the design.

Refunds

"Following receipt and inspection of an eligible return, approved refunds will be issued to credit/debit cards within 3 to 7 business days.
For purchases completed via Bank Wire Transfer, refunds will be issued via corporate check or ACH transfer to the original bank account holder within 3 to 7 business days and generally sooner."

  

Gift Returns

Eligible gifts may be exchanged or returned for non-refundable store credit. Our Diamond Concierge will be pleased to assist you in using your credit at monarchdiamondhouse.com.

Arranging a Return

Monarch Diamond House provides complimentary insured return shipping within the United States for eligible returns and exchanges.

Please contact orders@monarchdiamondhouse.com before sending your piece. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. You will be responsible for allowing sufficient transit time for your item to reach us within the 30-calendar-day return policy window.
